Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Marketing Executive located in kottakkal - Malappuram, Kerala, India. The candidate will be responsible to promote OXYPROMPT's service Named PROGRESS PROMPT - a comprehensive training program for students and increasing brand awareness within the target market. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying opportunities, building relationships with clients, executing sales initiatives, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research for identifying opportunities and creating effective marketing strategies.
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
• Experience in Sales and Marketing with the ability to execute targeted campaigns that drive growth.
• Understanding of local market dynamics in Kerala, India.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in an on-site role.
• Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or MSW or related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in the education or child development sector is an added advantage.
