FireKool is seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Marketing Executive to be the face of our brand. You'll be out in the fieldat events, in neighborhoods, and at partner locationsdriving growth and making high-impact connections.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct Outreach: Lead on-site promotional activities, product demonstrations, and face-to-face customer engagements.
- Lead Generation: Identify and capture new business opportunities while interacting with potential clients in the field.
- Market Intelligence: Report back on local market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback from the ground.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with local vendors, retailers, and community partners.
Requirements
- Mobility: Willingness to travel daily within [Assigned Territory/City].
- Personality: High energy, outgoing, and comfortable striking up conversations with strangers.
- Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills; ability to think on your feet.
- Logistics: Possession of a valid driver's license and Bike is preferred.
- Education: Any Graduate (Specialized in Marketing, Business will be a plus, or a related field (Freshers with great communication skills are welcome!).
