Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Field Marketing Executive to join our growing startup team. The role focuses on promoting our healthcare application, which enables patients to seamlessly book appointments with doctors, clinics, and hospitals. The ideal candidate will engage directly with healthcare professionals, onboard service providers onto the platform, and drive user adoption through on-ground marketing initiatives and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit clinics, hospitals, and diagnostic centers to present and demonstrate the app's features and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinic managers, and healthcare staff to onboard them onto the platform.
- Execute field marketing activities, including awareness campaigns, health camps, and local promotional events.
- Identify new territories, partnerships, and opportunities for user acquisition and brand visibility.
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and operations teams to meet onboarding and usage targets.
- Maintain accurate daily reports of visits, leads, conversions, and follow-ups.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 02 years of experience in field marketing, sales, business development, or healthcare promotion.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in interacting with doctors, clinics, and healthcare institutions.
- Ability to work independently and willingness to travel extensively for field activities.
- Basic understanding of mobile applications and healthcare industry trends.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical app promotions.
- Strong understanding of the local healthcare market.
- Target-oriented mindset with effective follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and daily reporting systems.
