Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital strategies that align with business objectives and accelerate organizational growth.
  • Ensure alignment between digital initiatives and business goals by fostering collaboration across sales, marketing, and other functional areas.
  • Lead digital transformation of sales and marketing processes through the integration of CRM systems, data analytics, and modern technologies.
  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns and initiatives to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and lead generation.
  • Drive innovation programs to identify and implement new products, services, and digital opportunities that create competitive advantage.
  • Modernize workflows and processes by leveraging emerging technologies, digital tools, and automation solutions.
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to streamline operations, eliminate inefficiencies, and improve overall productivity.
  • Lead change management efforts that support the adoption of digital technologies and maintain high levels of employee engagement throughout transformation.

Educational Qualification

  • Graduation in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is mandatory.
  • MBA is preferred.

Minimum Work Experience

  • 17+ years of experience.

  • 3+ years of experience in leading digital transformation initiatives at the business unit level in a global company is desired.
  • Understanding of emerging trends and technologies (e.g., automation, IoT, AI) for the Pharma/life sciences industry is preferred.

Technical Exposures

  • Experience with Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is desired.
  • Experience in data analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning (ML) is desired.
  • Exposure to project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana) is preferred.
