Roles & Responsibilities
- Integrate the company's products into hospital formulary lists and prepare technical specifications for auctions and quotations.
- Maintain and systematically update the customer database, including hospitals, polyclinics, and distributors.
- Execute marketing strategies by distributing promotional materials and funds in compliance with guidelines.
- Monitor competitor product performance and update the team on market dynamics.
- Mentor newcomers, provide peer support, and act as a buddy within development areas.
- Ensure synchronization of reports and plans according to SFE requirements.
- Serve as a deputy Key Account Manager in their absence, support the team, and work with distributors.
- Build relationships with KOLs through presentations and front-end customer interactions.
Educational Qualification & Experience
Educational Qualification: Graduation degree in any discipline medicine/pharma is preferred
Minimum Work Experience: 3+ years within B2B pharma or medical equipment

Critical Exposures
- Experience in institutional pharma sales (hospital/medical institutions) with exposure to revenue size of minimum USD 150K or its geographical equivalent in OTC/RX
- Exposure to government and private institutions is desirable
- Stint in SCM procurement, commercial and pricing, or finance is desired
- Exposure to legal contracting/tendering process is preferred
- Must have relevant in-country experience
