Roles & Responsibilities
- Forecast business case projections to evaluate project viability, strategic alignment, and long-term profitability across molecules and generics.
- Respond to stakeholder requests on business cases, providing timely input for Capex decisions and supporting financial strategy.
- Monitor market shifts, regulatory changes, and economic factors to optimize capital allocation and guide portfolio expansion.
- Manage molecule-level projects by liaising with CPO, BD, and vendors to ensure efficient execution and progress tracking.
- Develop comprehensive strategic plans for generics, including therapy selection, product evaluations, and partner identification for geographic expansion.
- Guide product development, filing, and approval processes, offering technical expertise for successful co-development and in-licensed products.
- Engage with cross-functional teams and the Strategy & Product Steering Committee to streamline portfolio execution and ensure strategic alignment.
- Foster a customer-oriented team culture, identify skill gaps, coach team members, and support onboarding, training, and retention initiatives.
Educational Qualification & Experience
Graduation: Pharmacy, Engineering, Life Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field is mandatory.
Minimum Work Experience: 5+ years of experience.

- Exposure to digital solutions, and industry analytical tools is preferred.
- Exposure to network strategy, make vs buy research, and product performance metric analysis is preferred.
