Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for project management aspects such as Scope, Time, and Cost Management for projects within the Biologics Development Organization. This includes project planning, execution, and managing the Change Management process for deviations.
  • Your role involves annual/quarterly budgeting, latest estimate projections, vendor identification, contract finalization/sign-off, invoice processing, and providing project updates through various channels like PPMS (Project Portfolio Management System) and Governance Forums.
  • You will also play a key role in implementing Project Management practices within Biologics Development, including the development of charters, meeting minutes, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) logs, Project GANTT, and other functional initiatives as identified.

Educational Qualification

A Post-Graduation in any discipline (preferably in Biological Sciences, Biotechnology, or Pharmacy) and PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferable

Minimum Work Experience

6 to 8 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in drug development and/or clinical trial execution

  • Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including drug development, clinical trials, and regulatory considerations.
  • Familiarity with project management frameworks, and possesses business and financial acumen.
  • Proficiency in presentation and communication skills, including basic Excel proficiency.
