Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and accurate quarterly filings of Form II, III, and V with NPPA, along with responding to notices and preparing overcharge workings for validation.
  • File Form I for combination drugs prior to product launch and support legal teams in filing writ petitions or responses related to NPPA/DOP proceedings.
  • Monitor regulatory developments through NPPA consultants and provide pricing guidance for combination drugs using AWACS data and market intelligence.
  • Implement and monitor annual WPI-based price changes for NLEM products, ensuring compliance, system accuracy (APS), and inventory alignment with SCM and planning teams.
  • Manage institutional business pricing by evaluating tender quotes, approving EMD/BG requests, tracking IBT performance metrics, receivables, and leading rate negotiations.
  • Drive receivables management by monitoring overdue collections, enforcing credit limits, initiating legal actions where necessary, and streamlining credit block release processes.
  • Review and approve special price orders, ensuring profitability checks, documentation, and timely turnaround of price-related approvals.
  • Support accurate financial reporting through timely posting of provisions and entries,preparing quarterly receivables analysis, and responding to internal and SOX audit requirements.

Educational Qualification

Professional certifications such as Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent are mandatory.

Critical Exposures

  • 2+ years of experience in roles like Sales Finance, Corporate/Commercial Finance or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is preferred
  • Exposure in sales reporting and analysis, including analytical review of sales is preferred
  • Experience in customer credit management and DSO tracking is desired
  • Exposure to Gross to Net is preferred
