About The Role
The role requires someone who is comfortable with regular field travel and has working knowledge of statutory compliances such as PF and ESIC. It involves coordinating with employees, handling basic HR operations, and supporting compliance-related activities. Candidates should be flexible, responsible, and willing to work both on-site and in the field.
Key Responsibilities Areas (KRA's)
Managing PF and ESIC-related activities and maintaining statutory records
Coordinating with employees across sites through regular field visits
Collecting and verifying employee data for payroll and compliance purposes
Handling employee on boarding documents and maintaining HR files
Addressing employee queries related to PF, ESIC, attendance, and HR processes
Liaising with consultants and government offices when required
Ensuring compliance with company policies and labour regulations
Supporting HR operations and reporting as assigned
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline (HR-related qualification preferred)
Basic to working knowledge of PF and ESIC compliances
Comfortable with field travel and on-site coordination
01 years of experience in HR operations or compliance (fresher's with knowledge can also apply)
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, email, documentation)
Good communication and coordination skills
Candidate should be based in or willing to work in Jaipur
