Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Force Sales Executive, based in Hyderabad. The Field Force Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, presenting Devorks AI solutions, and effectively managing sales processes. The role also involves building strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs, and ensuring consistent sales growth by achieving set targets.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with demonstrated experience in meeting and exceeding targets
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge or experience in digital transformation, AI-driven solutions, or cloud-based software is an advantage
  • Proven ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tracking tools
  • Prior experience in the SME sector or software/technology sales is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Flexibility to work on-site and travel as required
