Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Field-Face to Face Fundraiser. The selected candidate will engage with potential donors in face-to-face conversations to promote ChildFund India's mission and raise vital funds. They will identify and approach individuals, provide information about the organization's programs, and establish strong donor relationships. The role includes meeting fundraising targets, maintaining accurate records of donor interactions, and actively contributing ideas to improve outreach strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills to clearly and effectively convey ideas and engage with potential donors.
- Proficiency in Customer Service and a passion for building and maintaining relationships.
- Analytical Skills and a problem-solving mindset to address challenges and optimize field fundraising strategies.
- Training abilities to mentor and guide new team members as required.
- Prior experience in fundraising, sales, or marketing is an advantage.
- Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach to meeting targets and deadlines.
- A genuine passion for child welfare and non-profit work is highly desirable.
