Field Executive (Vendor Onboarding)

Location: Bengaluru

Job Responsibilities:

• Visit local shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and retail outlets to acquire new vendors.
• Explain ZIPamart's business model, benefits, and onboarding process.
• Complete vendor registration and collect required business documents.
• Assist vendors with adding a minimum of 50 SKUs, including product details, pricing, and images.
• Help vendors install and understand the ZIPamart application.
• Provide basic app training and ensure vendors are ready to receive orders.
• Maintain daily visit reports and achieve assigned onboarding targets.

Requirements:

• 0–3 years of experience in field sales / vendor onboarding.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Kannada is mandatory; English/Hindi preferred.
• Knowledge of Bengaluru local markets.
• Willingness to travel across assigned areas.
• Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
