Job Description

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and energetic Field Executive to help expand our network by onboarding local vendors onto our online platform. This is a field-intensive role that requires strong communication skills, confidence, and the ability to build relationships with business owners.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit local markets and identify potential vendors (shops, service providers, etc.)
Explain the benefits of joining our online platform
Onboard vendors by assisting with registration and documentation
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors
Ensure vendors are active and updated on the platform
Meet daily/weekly onboarding targets
Provide feedback from vendors to improve the platform

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with fieldwork and traveling within Delhi
Basic smartphone handling skills (apps, forms, uploads)
Prior experience in sales, fieldwork, or onboarding is a plus
