Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Executive based in Gurugram . The Field Executive will be responsible for engaging directly with small and medium manufacturing units, explaining the MSME certification process, gathering documentation, and assisting in completing formalities. The individual will ensure all necessary data is accurately compiled while maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders. Regular reporting of progress and challenges to the management team is also a key part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer engagement skills
- Proficiency in collecting, analyzing, and managing documentation and data
- Ability to explain complex processes in a straightforward and clear manner
- Experience in working with small and medium enterprises (SMEs) is a plus
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of meeting deadlines effectively
- Familiarity with government schemes and benefits for MSMEs is an advantage
- Willingness to travel locally and work in an on-ground, field-based setting
- Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, administration, or a related field
