Position:Field Executive – Commercial Leasing
Location:Surat, Gujarat
Job Overview:The Field Executive will be responsible for on-ground property visits, client coordination, and supporting leasing transactions. This role is crucial in identifying suitable retail/commercial spaces and assisting brands with site evaluations.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct site visits for commercial properties (retail shops, showrooms, malls, high streets)
- Identify and shortlist potential leasing properties as per client requirements
- Coordinate with property owners, brokers, and developers
- Arrange and manage client site inspections
- Capture property details including photos, videos, and measurements
- Maintain updated property database and availability status
- Assist in negotiations and deal closures
- Provide regular market feedback and site reports
- Ensure proper documentation and follow-ups
Requirements:- Minimum Graduate (Any Stream)
- 0–3 years of experience in real estate / field sales (preferred)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Surat commercial areas (Vesu, Adajan, Varachha, etc.)
- Ability to travel extensively for site visits
- Basic understanding of leasing terms & property documentation
