Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Executive located in Chennai. The Field Executive will manage day-to-day operational tasks, including overseeing diagnostic operations, logistics, and supply chain processes. The responsibilities also include coordinating with healthcare providers, ensuring efficient field operations, supervising manpower, optimizing workflows, and addressing on-ground challenges. Candidates will serve as a critical link between healthcare facilities and the organization, ensuring seamless service delivery and operational success.

Qualifications

• Field Operations and Manpower Supervision skills to manage on-ground teams effectively
• Logistics and Supply Chain Management expertise to ensure timely coordination and delivery
• Strong problem-solving and process optimization skills for workflow efficiency improvements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for liaising with healthcare providers
• Ability to work independently in on-site settings and proactively manage challenges
• A background or experience in healthcare operations is a strong advantage
• Educational qualification in management, healthcare, or related fields is preferred
