Field Executive

SAAR Fintech is a financial services and debt collection operations company that partners with banks and financial institutions to manage and improve their customer recovery portfolios.

We provide end-to-end collection and portfolio management support, combining field collections, telecalling, customer engagement, portfolio segmentation, team management and data-driven MIS to help financial institutions improve resolution and portfolio performance.

Our operations are built around disciplined execution. We allocate portfolios across field officers and team leaders, identify high-priority accounts, track customer commitments and payments, monitor portfolio movement, and continuously optimise field and calling efforts based on account-level data.

SAAR Fintech works across retail and commercial lending portfolios, supporting banks through the complete operational cycle from portfolio allocation and customer contact to payment follow-up, resolution and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build trust and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Sales and business development abilities, including lead generation, negotiation, and collecting.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts, meetings, and reporting requirements efficiently.
• Comfort with digital tools, CRM systems, and remote collaboration platforms to manage field activities and documentation.
• Basic understanding of financial products ; prior experience in banking, finance, or field operations is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, travel as needed, and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining high ethical standards.
• Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in English and local languages where applicable, with a customer-focused and inclusive approach to service.
