Field Executive For KASIM

Role Responsibilities:

• Perform minimum 15 customer visits daily for MA and DA cases
• Update visit feedback, remarks, and house photos on the MUCH app
• Ensure DA conversion of 50% and MA resolution of 47% or as per business targets
• Follow e-receipt process and timely deposit collections with proof

Job Requirements:

• Graduate with 1–3 years of field collections experience
• Familiarity with mobile apps for reporting and visit tracking
• Strong discipline in adhering to customer handling and conduct guidelines
• Ability to meet daily and monthly field performance metrics
