Field Executive Cum Debt Recovery Agent

Role Description The Field Executive Cum Debt Recovery Agent is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. The person in this position will visit customers and borrowers in the field to discuss outstanding dues, negotiate settlements or repayment plans, and facilitate timely recovery of debts in line with company policies and regulatory requirements. Daily responsibilities include verifying customer information, tracking payment status, maintaining accurate records of visits and interactions, and preparing concise reports for the finance and recovery teams. The role also involves coordinating with internal stakeholders, addressing customer queries, handling escalations professionally, and ensuring that all recovery activities are conducted in an ethical, compliant, and customer-focused manner.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Debt Collection skills, including negotiation, follow-up, and adherence to regulatory and ethical recovery practices.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to assess repayment capacity, interpret account data, and prioritize cases effectively.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with borrowers professionally and maintain positive relationships.
• Candidates should possess a basic understanding of Finance to read loan documents, understand repayment structures, and coordinate with financial teams.
• Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, conduct regular field visits, and manage time efficiently.
• Comfort with documentation, report writing, and use of mobile or digital tools for tracking and updates.
• Prior experience in collections, banking, NBFCs, or asset management is preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field is an advantage.
