Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Executive, located in Chennai. The Field Executive will be responsible for coordinating and executing marketing and outreach activities to promote the school and its programs. The role includes actively engaging with potential students, parents, and community members, organizing and attending events, and conducting field visits to build relationships and expand the school's reach. Additional responsibilities include collecting feedback, addressing inquiries, and supporting school administrative teams as necessary.

• Experience in fieldwork, networking, and building partnerships within the community.
• Organizational skills with the ability to coordinate events and manage schedules efficiently.
• Basic understanding of marketing and promotion strategies.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and independently in dynamic settings.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the education sector or a similar role is a plus.
