Field Engineering - Lead

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering/Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering

Experience:

• 15+ years of experience in facilities management, MEP maintenance, and construction/project management.
• Experience managing multiple distributed facilities/sites.
• Proven track record of delivering refurbishment, fit-out, and infrastructure upgrade projects.
• Experience working with leased commercial properties is highly preferred.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and building services.
• Preventive maintenance and asset management.
• Construction and refurbishment project management.
• Vendor and contractor management.
• Budgeting and cost control.
• Safety and statutory compliance.

Language abilities:

• English and working knowledge of Hindi
