Field Engineering

Key deliverables:

1. Manage warranty claims and meter servicing with customers
2. Troubleshoot meter issues and NIC card problems onsite
3. Track and manage inventory of supplied and installed meters
4. Coordinate with customer commercial teams for bill clearance

Role responsibilities:

1. Provide onsite support for meter diagnostics and repairs
2. Assist with firmware flashing and uploading for NIC cards
3. Maintain accurate records of meter installation and returns
4. Ensure smooth coordination between service and commercial functions
