Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Engineer, located in Rajapalaiyam. The Field Engineer will be responsible for conducting field service operations, troubleshooting network and connectivity issues, providing technical support to clients, coordinating and executing project-related activities, and ensuring the reliable performance of network infrastructure. The role also involves client interactions to maintain service quality and address any technical concerns.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and providing effective Technical Support solutions
- Experience in Field Service, including on-site network installations and maintenance
- Strong Communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
- Basic understanding of Project Management to assist in coordinating and executing tasks efficiently
- Ability to work independently and solve problems in real-time
- Familiarity with fiber and wireless connectivity solutions is a plus
- Relevant technical certifications or a diploma/degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electronics is preferred
