Profile : Field Engineer-Substation Expert
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer with expertise in EHV Grid Substation projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in erection, commissioning, operation & maintenance of 132kV / 220kV / 400kV / 765kV grid substations and switchyard equipment.
Qualification
B.Tech/B.E : Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
- Erection, testing & commissioning of EHV substations and transmission lines
- Operation & Maintenance of switchyard equipment
- Handling CT, PT, Transformer, Reactor, SF6 Circuit Breaker, Isolator etc.
- SCADA monitoring and shutdown coordination with SLDC/NRLDC
- Preventive maintenance, fault analysis & troubleshooting
- Site supervision, project execution & contractor coordination
- Preparation of reports, documentation and progress monitoring
- Ensuring safety and quality compliance at site
Required Skills:
- Experience in AIS/EHV Substation projects
- Knowledge of SCADA systems and switchyard operations
- Experience in testing activities like IR, Tan Delta, CRM, BDV etc.
- Good understanding of transmission line and grid substation projects
- Ability to handle site execution and client coordination
