Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Field Engineer role based in Hisar. The Field Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, troubleshooting vehicle-related issues, and ensuring efficient field service. Duties also include coordinating and executing projects, assisting customers with operational challenges, and maintaining strong communication with team members and stakeholders to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to address and resolve on-field issues effectively
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members
- Experience in Field Service and hands-on equipment maintenance or repair
- Project Management skills with the ability to oversee and execute service operations
- Ability to work on-site and adapt to operational challenges
- Diploma in Mechanical engineering field is preferred
- Prior experience in the automotive or commercial vehicle industry will be considered an advantage
