Working Days: 6 days/week

Weekly Off: Sunday

Position Summary

The Field Engineer will be responsible for providing technical customer support, system installation, troubleshooting, and ensuring optimal performance of Keyence Vision (VIS) products. The role requires strong technical acumen, customer-handling skills, and hands-on field experience

.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site customer support, system setup, and product installation
• Perform troubleshooting, diagnosis, and resolution of technical issues
• Ensure smooth implementation and functioning of Vision System (VIS) solutions
• Coordinate with sales and service teams for efficient customer handling
• Maintain detailed service reports and documentation
• Conduct customer trainings and product demonstrations when required
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely response and service quality

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: B.Tech (Engineering)
• Experience: 15 years
• Technical Skills
• Vision Systems (VIS) expertise
• Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving ability
• Hands-on experience in installation and field service
• Language Skills: English and local language proficiency
• Other Requirements
• Age: Up to 30 years
• Gender: Male
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
• Ability to travel for field assignments

Compensation

• Salary Package: Up to 10 LPA (CTC)

Salary Deductions (As Applicable)

1. Provident Fund (PF): Employee contribution @ 12% on basic Salary
2. Labour Welfare Fund: 25 per Month
3. Income Tax: As per Income

Tax Act Insurance & Benefits

1. Group Accident Insurance: Coverage of 10 Lakhs
2. Medical Insurance: 3 Lakhs per annum for employee + spouse + children
