Job Title: Field Application Engineer – Elevators
Location: Bangalore, India
Role Summary:
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and on-site commissioning for elevator systems. Act as the key technical interface between customers, sales, and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and test elevator control systems at customer sites.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, software, and mechanical issues on-site.
- Conduct technical training for customers and service technicians.
- Support sales team with technical proposals and product demonstrations.
- Gather field feedback to improve product performance and reliability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanics Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in elevator/escalator field support.
- Knowledge of VFDs, microcontrollers, CAN/Modbus protocols, and relay logic.
- Willingness to travel within Bangalore and surrounding areas.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills in English (Kannada/Hindi is a plus).
