- Base Location : Khordha Jn. Railway Station
- Reports to : Programme Manager
- Qualification : MSW or relevant
- Salary PM for deserving candidate : 16000 – 18000 (Negotiable)

- Experience Segmentation : 2-3 years of managing team and relevant experience in field work.
a) Proper team coordination.
b) Time management & reporting.
c) Ensuring needy children will be helped.
d) Ensuring the good networking process and organize the awareness meeting with the stakeholders at khordha road
railway station
e) Ensuring the good networking process with the Railway stakeholders, CWC, DCPO, OSCPCR etc.
f) Update all the documents of the rescued children
g) Follow up the needy rescued children
h) Any other responsibilities shall be assigned from time to time as per need.
Key Competencies & Skills Required:

ethics, work under pressure, effective time management, keen to detail, passionate about work, interpersonal
skill, good listener, good communicator, well behaved.
Knowledge of child rights, Odisha – geography/ political/ social, Fluent in local language (Read,
Write and speak), Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power point, Google drive, effective email.
