Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Field Coordinator located in Kakori. The Field Coordinator is responsible for mobilizing communities, identifying out-of-school children (particularly girls), facilitating their enrollment, and ensuring their sustained education. Day-to-day duties include organizing and conducting community meetings, working with stakeholders such as schools and local government, supporting training programs, and monitoring education projects to ensure successful implementation. The Field Coordinator will also collect and manage data, draft reports, and provide continuous updates on project progress to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Community engagement and mobilization skills to work effectively with local stakeholders, volunteers, and communities
- Project management, data collection, and report writing skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
- Experience with educational or social impact initiatives is an asset
- Ability to adapt and work effectively in a rural, on-site environment
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Education, or a related field is preferred
- Fluency in local and/or regional languages and basic proficiency in English is an advantage
