Trust Community Livelihoods Hiring | Field Coordinator – Agriculture
Trust Community Livelihoods (TCL) is looking for passionate professionals who want to work directly with farming communities and contribute to sustainable agriculture and rural livelihoods.
Location: Uttar Pradesh & Bihar
Position: Field Coordinator – Agriculture
Experience: 1–3 years
Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate in Agriculture, Rural Development, Social Work, or a related field
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor agriculture & livelihood activities at village level
- Mobilize, train and mentor CRPs and women farmer groups
- Promote sustainable agriculture and high-value crops
- Facilitate farmer awareness and access to government schemes
- Strengthen Producer Groups, SHGs & Mahila Kisan Sangathans
- Coordinate with Panchayats, government departments & stakeholders
- Maintain field records, verify data and submit reports
- Monitor project targets and outcomes
1–3 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of sustainable agriculture, government schemes & farmer institutions
Strong communication and community engagement skills
MS Office & digital data collection skills
Willingness to travel and work in rural areas
