Field Collections Executive - Banking

Job Description

• We are looking for a motivated Field Collections Executive to join our banking team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting overdue payments from customers through field visits while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to collect overdue payments from customers
• Negotiate payment terms with customers to ensure timely collections
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payments collected
• Provide excellent customer service while handling customer inquiries and issues
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer disputes and issues effectively
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on collection activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations related to collections

Skills and Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in field collections or a related role
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Basic understanding of banking products and services
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle difficult situations and maintain professionalism
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently
