Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Field Collection Officer. The Field Collection Officer will handle day-to-day tasks such as engaging with customer to recover outstanding debts, and maintaining regular communication with customers to ensure compliance and resolution. The role involves field operations to achieve effective debt collection outcomes.

Qualifications

DRA Certified Mandatory

• Minimum 10th Pass

• 2–3 Years of Collection Experience with Banks/NBFCs

• Strong Knowledge of Local Area & Field Recovery

• Good Communication & Negotiation Skills
