Field Collection Officer

We are looking for Field Collection Officers / Senior FCOs to manage delinquent and pre-delinquent accounts through customer visits, negotiation, and recovery activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers regarding overdue payments
• Negotiate and obtain Promise-to-Pay commitments
• Understand customer concerns and reasons for default
• Maintain accurate field visit and recovery records in CRM
• Achieve assigned recovery and productivity targets
• Follow quality, compliance, and collection guidelines
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Experience in Field Collections, Debt Recovery, Loan/EMI Collections, or Tele-Collections
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with field work and customer interactions
• Target-oriented and performance-driven
• DRA certification is compulsory
