Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore for a Field Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, developing sales strategies, and meeting revenue targets. The role also includes representing the consultancy at industry events, analyzing market trends, and preparing reports to recommend actionable insights to stakeholders. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure excellence in client service and project delivery is a key aspect of this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct on-site visits to potential and existing clients for business generation
* Identify new business opportunities through field networking and market mapping
* Promote company services directly to customers through presentations, discussions, and demos
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business
* Gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback
* Coordinate with internal teams for proposal preparation, follow-ups, and closures
* Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings
* Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, and conversions
Compensation:
₹3.0 – ₹5.5 LPA + Travel Allowance
Key Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
* 3-5 years of experience in field marketing / business development
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Willingness to travel extensively for on-site activities
* Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
* Ability to work independently and meet targets
Preferred Skills
* Experience in B2B marketing or industrial sectors (especially relevant to your consulting domain)
* Basic understanding of quality standards, certifications, or technical services
* Presentation and negotiation skills
