Field Associates

The Field Associate is responsible for executing field-based sales and operational activities, interacting with customers, and supporting business growth within the assigned territory. The role requires hands-on field experience, basic technical proficiency, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to promote products/services and generate business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and local stakeholders.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and report field activities regularly.
• Collect market information, customer feedback, and competitor insights.
• Update sales data, visit reports, and customer details using a smartphone.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in field work or field sales.
• Ability to operate a smartphone and use basic mobile applications.
