Job Description:
What you'll be doing
- Good RF and microwave knowledge and experience to influence design with Richardson RFPD authorized lines, solution selling, socket replacement.
- should possess Excellent relationships with RF customers in government, defense, Infra market and private customers.
- Partner with sales team, provide technical support to customers and promote demand creation.
- Build rapport with key suppliers, align with both Richardson RFPD and supplier requirements, build funnel, periodical reporting as per supplier request.
- Participate in supplier training, strategic meetings, QBR and align with the expectations.
- Drive required results on DR, DWIN count and DWIN$ to meet the overall goal.
What we are looking for
- Typically requires a 4 year degree or Diploma and 3-10 years of related experience or an advanced degree without experience or equivalent work experience.
