This position is based in India Bengaluru and reports to the Head of Commercial Applications, APAC
Dotted line to India Commercial Applications Team Lead
Work with the Biomonitoring Sales teams on the Country/Region Strategy to support application and technical support requirements
Generate and carry out Feasibility Trials, Application studies, Trouble shooting and Method development with regards to Bio Monitoring key and focus products
Plan and conduct internal and external trainings on Bio Monitoring products and applications
Awareness of regulatory requirements in the Pharma industry including (and not exhaustive) USP, EP, JP, India Pharmacopeia, and ISO standards etc
Who You Are: Responsible for managing and maintaining application laboratory Carry out Pharma or FB Feasibility trials, Application studies, trouble shooting and Method development
Creating new Pharma or FB application data for new matrices that comes across country
Create and manages all laboratory equipment, documents, SOPs and records
On-site technical support with demos, method development, troubleshooting and application support whenever needed
Plan and conduct internal and external trainings on Bio Monitoring products and applications Basic/ Minimum Qualifications Minimum Bachelor s degree in Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology or relevant life science field
Preferred Qualifications Min 3-5 years of work experience in laboratory experience in performing Microbiology testing, QA/QC, FB or Pharma industry preferred
Knowledge on laboratory management and laboratory safety aspects
Knowledge on regulatory guidelines of Microbiology testing
Ability to resolve technical problems and adapt easily to changing needs and priorities
