Role Description:
We are seeking a Field Application Engineer (FAE) to support advanced aerosol measurement, cleanroom validation, and filtration testing technologies deployed in research laboratories, semiconductor facilities, pharmaceutical manufacturing plants, and environmental testing environments.
This role combines engineering application support, technical demonstrations, and customer solution development.
The FAE will work directly with engineering teams, validation laboratories, and system integrators to help implement reliable particle measurement and aerosol testing workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Application Support
- Support customers in deploying aerosol generation, particle measurement, and filtration testing systems
- Assist laboratories in designing repeatable aerosol testing setups
- Provide guidance on measurement workflows for cleanroom and filtration validation
Pre-Sales Engineering
- Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and solution discussions
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate measurement configurations
- Support proposal preparation and technical documentation
Customer Engagement
- Work with semiconductor fabs, pharmaceutical manufacturers, research institutes, and cleanroom integrators
- Support system commissioning and initial training for laboratory teams
- Troubleshoot measurement setups and application issues
Market Development
- Identify new opportunities for aerosol testing technologies
- Work with engineering teams and system integrators to expand applications
- Support exhibitions, workshops, and technical seminars

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Instrumentation Engineering
- Chemical Engineering
- Environmental Engineering
- Physics
- Strong interest in measurement systems, instrumentation, and laboratory technologies
- Ability to understand engineering workflows in laboratories or manufacturing environments
- Good communication skills for technical discussions with customers
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and demonstrations
Preferred Experience or familiarity with (Not Mandatory):
- Particle measurement instruments
- Cleanroom validation processes
- Aerosol science or filtration testing
- Semiconductor or pharmaceutical manufacturing environments
