Title: Senior FAE Engineer

Key Responsibilities
Embedded Software Development
- Develop applications in C for Embedded Linux platforms.
- Work on Linux system programming, multi-threaded applications, and IPC mechanisms.
- Implement, port, and test Linux kernel, U-Boot, and root file systems for ARM-based boards.
- Develop and debug kernel device drivers (UART, I2C, SPI, GPIO, etc.).
- Perform board bring‑up, image flashing, and hardware interface validation.
Connectivity & Communication Protocols
- Work with 5G/4G/LTE, Wi-Fi, BLE, NB‑IoT, GNSS communication modules.
- Integrate and test application connectivity using TCP, HTTP, MQTT, FTP protocols.
- Troubleshoot kernel, module, and root file system issues related to wireless technologies.
Customer-Facing Technical Responsibilities (FAE)
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to enterprise clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate modules/products.
- Deliver product demos, training, and technical documentation.
- Troubleshoot customer issues related to software, drivers, hardware integration.
Hardware/Systems Responsibilities
- Work with ARM-based boards (i.MX6, i.MX8, AM335x, Raspberry Pi, Atmel, etc.).
- Perform hardware validation, debugging, and testing for embedded hardware.
- Interface sensors and RF modules to embedded platforms.
Technical Skills Required
Must Have
- Strong C programming skills.
- Embedded Linux system programming & internals.
- Linux kernel customization, device drivers, and porting.
- Hands-on experience with Qualcomm, Quectel, SIMCom, MobileTek modules.
- Experience with 5G/4G, Wi-Fi, BLE, LoRa/LoRaWAN modules.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP stack and IoT communication protocols.
Good to Have
- Experience with Yocto / Buildroot.
- Knowledge of U-Boot internals.
- Experience in hardware debugging and board bring-up.
- Familiarity with Qt, OpenSSL, and build toolchains.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication / Electrical / Computer Engineering.
- 6–10+ years of experience in Embedded Systems, FAE support, or Linux development.
