Position Overview

As an integral part of our technical sales team, you will contribute to our success by assisting in the sales and deployment of Siemens EDA Emulation and Verification products while growing customer satisfaction and efficiency both on-site and remotely. You'll be driving business for the organization by providing your technical expertise to help our Sales team while leveraging your hands-on technical knowledge to support product evaluations and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Continue to learn and support our state-of-the-art Emulation tools and develop a network of technical relationships at a peer-to-peer level with our customers
- Drive business for the organization by providing your technical expertise to help the Sales team while using your hands-on technical expertise
- Work directly with customers as part of the sales team during product evaluations to ensure technical requirements are met
- Promote technical customer service to build and improve customer relationships for ensuring long-term customer satisfaction
- Work closely with area sales management, account teams, and customers to understand business opportunities and requirements
- Provide feedback and product ideas to our emulation product development teams; troubleshoot and remove technical obstacles
- Develop and deliver technical presentations on new features and product updates; communicate customers technical requirements to product marketing
Qualifications
Required:
- 5–10 years experience in design, verification, simulation, emulation/prototyping of electronics chips and systems, or recent experience as an Applications Engineer in a relevant field
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- SystemVerilog, Verilog, and VHDL RTL design experience
- Chip/ASIC design or verification experience with knowledge of SystemVerilog/Verilog/VHDL language, RTL, behavioral coding, and general ASIC debug
- Previous experience with industry simulation environments using Questa, Incisive, or VCS; OVM or UVM experience required
- ASIC and/or FPGA implementation experience (synthesis, place & route)
- Good communication skills and ability to provide training and demos to customers
Preferred:
- Experience with industry emulation solutions (Veloce, Palladium, ZeBu)
- C programming knowledge; SystemC and C++ used in conjunction with chip design and verification
- Knowledge of Transaction Level Modeling and methodologies
- Knowledge of key protocols (AMBA, MIPI, DDR, PCIe, UFS, USB)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Perl, Python, shell scripts, Makefiles, XML, JSON)

Location & Work Arrangement
This role is based in Bangalore and offers a hybrid working arrangement. You'll have the flexibility to work remotely while collaborating with teams and engaging with customers on-site as needed to drive business engagements and support product implementations.
