Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Field Account Manager to manage all sales activities for mid-size and large accounts within an assigned customer base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong customer relationships and achieving sales targets by actively promoting our products and services. A key part of this role is the proactive use of our CRM system, which serves as the foundation for our sales framework and is a key enabler for success.

Responsibilities

  • Promote the organization's products and services to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities aligned with our market and growth strategy.
  • Actively use SFDC and other CRM tools to manage and document leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, generate customer insights, and track sales performance.
  • Actively drive newly launched, innovative products into the marketplace and follow up on sales activities.
  • Assess and analyze customer needs, generate leads, and suggest appropriate products and services.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans, coordinating resources as needed.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to create a higher market perception and successful business strategies.
  • Coordinate and participate in marketing activities for the assigned customer base.
  • Frequently assess the potential of each customer and plan to convert it into business.
  • Manage and build strong customer relationships for long-term partnership.

Qualifications

  • Academic degree in life sciences or engineering. A higher level of education is beneficial.
  • Proven field sales experience, preferably with a background in laboratory or process-based environments.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently.

Skills

  • Hands-on knowledge and proactive usage of SFDC and other CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, results-oriented, and able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Good teamwork skills and proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Office.
