Job Description

We are looking for an experienced FICO Falcon Fraud Manager professional to support, maintain, and enhance enterprise‑scale fraud detection platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Falcon infrastructure, hands‑on production support experience, and a solid understanding of the Fraud / AML domain.

Job Location: Bangalore / Chennai / Pune

Experience: 6 years –12 years

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement, deploy, and maintain the FICO Falcon Fraud Manager suite
  • Manage and support Falcon components including:
  • Scoring Server
  • Couchbase
  • MUX
  • Case Manager
  • Expert
  • Perform BAU and Production Support activities for Falcon applications
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve Falcon technical issues with minimal downtime
  • Plan and execute Falcon application upgrades to newer versions
  • Ensure platform stability, performance, and availability in production environments
  • Collaborate with fraud operations, business, and infrastructure teams
  • Support incident management, root cause analysis, and preventive actions

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong hands‑on experience with FICO Falcon Fraud Manager
  • Proven experience in Falcon infrastructure deployment and server maintenance
  • Expertise in troubleshooting Falcon application issues
  • Experience working in production / BAU support environments
  • Good understanding of:
  • Fraud detection systems
  • AML concepts and workflows
  • Ability to work in a high‑availability, high‑pressure production setup
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
