Job Description

  • Experience in Fico Blaze Advisor BRE (Business Rule Engine) development
  • Experience in Fico Blaze Advisor Rule Maintenance Application (RMA) setup, administration, and development
  • Experience in exposing BRE rules to JAVA Rest Services
  • Rules Harvesting & Designing, Rules Authoring, Rule Orchestration
  • Design, Creating BOM, Creating Business Rules, Decision Tables, Score Models, Decision Trees, Rule Flows, Testing & Rule Deployment.
  • Experience in translating business requirements into rules, Blaze Rule Templates, business object models, managing Business Rules catalogs and RMA
  • Experience working with team of application developers and integrating core applications with the FICO Blaze implementation.
  • Analyze business requirements, develop functional specifications and perform a gap analysis of existing information systems. Develop high-level technical and detailed program specifications for review with the project team, including other development staff.
  • Define the development process based on the project requirements, which varies depending on external client development methodologies and provide the status and feedback to the project stakeholders.
  • Engage regularly with clients to ensure customers expectations are met, gain understanding when desired outcomes are not feasible, and provide alternative solutions to meet the objective(s).
  • Design and develop software for new functionality, improvements, and system longevity.
  • Ensure the ongoing support activities to meet the customers service level agreement.
  • Advanced ability to translate business needs and problems into systems design and technical solutions and perform solution gap analysis
  • Expert knowledge of object-oriented programming using FICO Blaze Advisor, JAVA, JavaScript, Groovy, Grails, and Spring technologies
  • Design and develop software components and enhance system performance
  • Prepare and present application and programming design solutions FICO Blaze Advisor
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum SDLC methodology and contributing to the development team to achieve the project milestones and goals
  • Engage and coordinate internal teams with teams outside of the immediate group such as the helpdesk, and vendors to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Intermediate knowledge of SOAP/REST API development
  • Intermediate knowledge of Jenkins and GitHub CI/CD tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical, performance, and other application issues within the stipulated time boundaries (edited)
