Role Description This is a full-time, on-site FIBC Export Sales role based in Nagda. The role involves identifying and pursuing international sales opportunities for FIBC and related packaging products, building and maintaining relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and trading partners. Responsibilities include conducting market research in target countries, preparing and negotiating quotations, managing sales orders, and coordinating with production, logistics, and documentation teams to ensure timely deliveries and export compliance. The position also requires monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies, as well as representing the company in industry interactions, trade inquiries, and online or offline business development activities.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with international clients.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze global demand, pricing, and competitor activity in relevant regions.
- Candidates should possess Export knowledge, including familiarity with incoterms, export documentation, and international trade regulations.
- Candidates should possess International Sales and Sales skills to generate leads, close deals, and manage long-term customer relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in industrial packaging, FIBCs, or B2B manufacturing exports is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, with strong numerical and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Nagda, manage multiple accounts, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
