Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee financial operations at the Head Office level
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports
  • Support variance analysis processes
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and company policies
  • Handle and coordinate with internal and external auditors, ensuring timely audit closure
  • Drive audit readiness and address audit observations effectively
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and cost control measures
  • Support business planning and strategic initiatives through financial insights
  • Ensure timely closure of books and accurate financial reporting
  • Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger activities
  • Drive process improvements and automation in finance functions
  • Able to work with Shared Services

Profile/Competencies

  • Education: CA / MBA (Finance) / ICWA or equivalent qualification
  • Experience: 10 Plus years of relevant experience in finance and accounting
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and compliance
  • Mandatory experience in SAP (FICO module preferred)
  • Prior experience in handling audits and working with auditors is essential
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI (good to have)
