Missions
Provide FP&A support to new industrial investment projects at site level, ensuring robust financial planning, performance monitoring, and decision support throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Support financial planning and analysis for new CAPEX and industrial investment projects
- Build and maintain project financial models (business cases, ROI, NPV, cash flow analysis)
- Monitor project costs, budget adherence, and financial risks versus approved plans
- Support forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting for project stakeholders
- Partner with Project Managers, Engineering, Procurement, and Site Finance teams
- Contribute to governance processes, investment reviews, and management presentations
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Experience in FP&A, project finance, or industrial controlling (manufacturing environment preferred)
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Good understanding of CAPEX projects and industrial cost structures
- Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional project teams
- Fluent English is mandatory, for international interactions and career development within the Group
