Position: FHIR Integration Engineer
Exp Level: 9+ years
Location: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Vadodara
Must Have Skills
- Strong knowledge of FHIR standard (R4), REST APIs, and healthcare interoperability (mandatory).
- Experience with Utilization Management / Prior Authorization workflows/EDI X12 278 (highly desirable).
- Familiarity with US healthcare payer systems (highly desirable).
- Data Integration and Loading: Design and implement data pipelines to load structured and semi-structured healthcare data (CCDA, FHIR, HL7) into target systems. Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to ensure efficient and scalable ingestion processes.
- Data Quality and Validation: Establish validation rules and perform conformance testing for FHIR and CCDA payloads. Ensure compliance with interoperability standards and clinical data governance frameworks.
