About The Role
Ugaoo is hiring a Packaging Machine Operator for our manufacturing operations in Talegaon. We are looking for candidates with experience operating automated packaging machinery, including Form Fill Seal (FFS) machines, in FMCG, food processing, agriculture, nursery, or manufacturing environments
Key Responsibilities
- Operate packaging machines efficiently and safely during production shifts
- Ensure accurate filling, sealing, labeling, and packing operations
- Perform machine setup, changeovers, and basic machine adjustments
- Monitor machine performance, output, and packaging quality to minimize downtime and wastage
- Conduct routine checks for sealing quality and packaging standards
- Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate with maintenance teams during machine breakdowns
- Maintain production records, machine logs, and shift reports
- Follow SOPs, safety practices, and hygiene standards at all times
- Support packaging, warehouse, and dispatch coordination when required
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling automated packaging equipment such as FFS machines
- Basic understanding of machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Ability to work in shifts and fast-paced manufacturing environments
- Attention to detail and process discipline
