Capgemini is looking for an experienced Fenergo FenX Business Analyst & Configuration Consultant to support requirement analysis, solution design, and platform configuration activities. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in client onboarding and KYC processes, hands-on FenX configuration experience, and the ability to work independently across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End FenX Configuration: Work with business and project teams to gather requirements, analyze, and configure the FenX system, ensuring alignment with client onboarding/KYC processes.
- System Design & Setup: Design and configure Policies, Journeys, Dashboards, Risk Components, and Security Management within the Fenergo FenX platform.
- System Integration: Collaborate with technology teams to integrate FenX with third-party applications for data/document transfer (e.g., screening tools, IDP).
- Requirements & Analysis: Lead documentation of business requirements and user stories, converting them into technical solutions while managing stakeholder expectations.
- Testing and QA: Develop, execute, and validate test plans to ensure configurations meet specifications.
- Project Lifecycle & Support: Support UAT, BAU, and release management; handle project tasks independently from the configuration side.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience in Business Analysis and Fenergo FenX configuration.
- Hands-on experience in configuring Policies, Journeys, Dashboards, Risk Components, and Security Management.
- Experience gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements and user stories.
- Understanding of Client Onboarding, KYC, and related financial services processes.
- Experience collaborating with business, technology, and project stakeholders.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
- Experience in test planning, execution, and validation.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage configuration activities throughout the project lifecycle.
