Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control access to the premises.
- Conduct security checks and patrols to ensure safety compliance.
- Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies.
- Maintain detailed and accurate security reports and logs.
- Assist in handling conflicts and ensuring a secure environment.
- Operate security systems, including CCTV monitoring.
- Coordinate with emergency response teams when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:
- Graduate
- Good English communication skills (verbal & written).
- Basic system knowledge and proficiency in using computers.
- Previous experience in security services is preferred.
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
- Physically fit and able to stand/walk for extended periods.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with composure and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or related fields.
- Knowledge of security procedures and emergency response protocols.
- Certification in security training will be an advantage.
